We are so happy you have decided to place a listing on explorewasagabeach.ca. Please read below for listing terms and conditions.
General Maintenances Practices and Criteria
Once you have submitted your form, the managers of the website will add your listing onto the relevant webpage. Annually, you will be requested to update or confirm the accuracy of your listing. Once you receive this request, you will have sixty (60) days to respond. If no reply is received, your business will be de-listed until we receive the requested information. The listings are intended for retail and service businesses that fit under the categories of “Things to Do/Experiences,” “Food/Drink,” “Accommodation”. All businesses must be licensed to operate within Wasaga Beach and is good standing with the Town
- By submitting a listing, you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions. The Town of Wasaga Beach reserves the right to deny listings that do not comply with the terms and conditions.
- Only businesses which fulfill the criteria set forth are eligible to submit a business listing,
a. Explorewasagabeach.ca reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any listing at its sole discretion. - By submitting a listing, you are authorizing the website managers to contact you regarding business updates, or information clarification.
- By submitting a listing, you are agreeing to maintain your business listing to the best of your ability. This means:
a. Contacting the website managers to update information including but not limited to business hours, location, contact information, website listing, etc. if it changes.
b. Contacting the website manager if the business is closed short-term or medium term (ex. seasonally, under construction) along with re-open date
c. Explorewasagabeach.ca and its managers reserve the right to edit or remove any content deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these terms. - By submitting a listing, the business owner grants explorewasagabeach.ca the non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with the website and its promotion. Businesses are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use any intellectual property included in their listings, and explorewasagabeach.ca is not liable for any infringement claims.
- Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and any transactions or interactions with users.
- Website Managers of explorewasagabeach.ca reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Though you will be notified, if they are altered, it is the responsibility of the business owners to review the terms periodically.
By using the business listing services on explorewasagabeach.ca you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
The website managers of explorewasagabeach.ca also reserve the right to deny listings to businesses who have submitted false or misleading information. In addition, the website managers reserve the right to de-list any business who has submitted information which contravenes any Town of Wasaga Beach policy or procedures as amended.
