Wasaga’s Iconic

Beach

Wasaga Beach is home to the world’s longest freshwater beach and one of Ontario’s most unique coastal dune ecosystems. From Allenwood Beach to Beach Area 6, more than 14km of white sandy coastline welcomes millions of visitors from around the world every year.
Trade your flip flops for boots and scarves, and witness how our warm sandy shores are transformed by the winter wind into huge drifts and icy sculptures. The winter wind blows a new and beautiful perspective on the beach for you to hike , ski, or bike through. Be sure to enjoy the ice formations from a distance, and stay informed on the dangers of open water in the winter.
